Attached is the invoice for the training on [DATE of training]. After payment is received, we will issue the certification e-Cards. You will also receive an email with information on how to access your copies of the certifications. If you want to pay by credit card, please let us know and we will email a payment link. Otherwise, you can mail a check to the address on the training invoice.
