RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION TO CANCEL THE CLASS

First you have to check if we have cancelled their class. If YES, help the student reschedule.

If NO, follow the information below:

We send our student’s reminder text messages about their upcoming class. This reminder is just letting them know that if there is a need for them to reschedule, they can do so.

You can say, “That text message that you received is a reminder text to remind you of your upcoming class and if you need to reschedule, we can absolutely reschedule your class. Are you going to make it on (Date of Class)?”

If they say NO, provide alternative dates and process the rescheduling.
