Additional Comments: Eric is an awesome instructor. He incorporates visuals, videos, and lectures which I think met the needs of different learners like myself. I always have to see, touch, listen, and write to understand. Eric met all these learning styles. And yeah, I passed! Thank you Eric.

Additional Comments: The instructor came to our office and had plenty of supplies and they were computerized which was a big improvement since the last class. We only signed up for CPR but the instructor was so nice to answer so many questions that we had about topics in first aid. The equipment was sanitized and seeing the instructor clean the equipment so detailed after class makes me feel like even if we had to do mouth to mouth on the manikins that they were clean enough. But I was relieved we didn’t practice mouth to mouth. I thought legally you had to do mouth to mouth when you do cpr so I am much more comfortable helping in an emergency now. This instructor was very nice and made sure we were all prepared. Thank you again for coming to us.
