Additional Comments: This was my first cpr class and I was very nervous. The instructor checked in on me all day and made sure to answer all of my questions. I know I slowed us down since I am new to cpr but she never made me feel rushed. I hope I never have to do cpr but Ms. Dyanna gave me the tools I needed to be able to save a life. I will be back.

Additional Comments: Highly recommend showing a video on YouTube that is an animated view of what is actually happening in the heart during CPR. It visually illustrates why proper depth, rhythm, and recoil is important. I saw it at a different CPR training class a decade ago and it has never left me.
