Additional Comments: The noise upstairs was very distracting! Also I was very upset that when the class was cancelled and rescheduled that I emailed and left a vm as to what class I wanted and customer service called me at 7:15 am on Labor Day (right after emailing me at 7am) to notify me that they got my request and I would be in the Sept 3 class. Was it really necessary to call AND text me at 7:15 am to confirm this?

Additional Comments: Cheryl was very knowledgeable and awesome! I did this every 2 years in the military but never the infant part. It resonates with me and good to know having a 15 month old.
