Additional Comments: It was a challenge with 3 different instructors. It was also obvious that 1 of 3 was being certified to teach. It contributed to an extended class.

Additional Comments: There were too many instructors. Training someone new is understandable but having 3 in class and then one on the computer makes the class that much longer and over the time allotted. And in years past while we perform the tests with the prompts, that has been sufficient for the “skills test” instead of again doing it one on one.

Additional Comments: On the website it would be helpful to keep the class start time up to see even when the class is full, just so you can make sure what time you need to be there, I showed up 2 hours early because I thought it started 8am and called the help number who told me it was at 10am, but it was a great class and very thorough and efficient
