Additional Comments:  I had previously taken Heartsaver first aid and signed up for the online refresher. I was then required to sign up for in person skills assessment (which was new) and had a lot of confusion about registration. The in-person course changed from a 1 hr skills check only to a 3 hour course without the option to change. The first aid information is valuable and important but I didn’t need to sit in a classroom for hours watching videos that I could have done at home. I would not recommend the in-person option and would suggest allowing an online only version of training. I learned a lot from the videos and don’t need an in person work.

Additional Comments:  I think separating ACLS renewal and first time ACLS classes would be beneficial. As a first time ACLS student it went a bit faster paced than I could keep up with due to the fact that many people were here for a simple review. The precourse videos were helpful and I feel did an adequate job to prepare me for the class contents, but the pace of the class still went a bit faster than I would have liked
