Additional Comments: I have always dreaded these sort of trainings because they can be boring. But this was the best one I have ever taken. These were the nicest manikins I have ever used. Time was spent on the most important information but didn’t drag on. If anything it flew bye. Before the class I thought I was prepared but knowing what I do now tells me before I wasn’t really prepared. The teacher was funny and kept all of us plumbers paying attention which with this group is not an easy task. I hope when we need it again that she comes back.
