Additional Comments: Great facilitator. As a practitioner for over 20 years, this wasn’t my first class, so kudos to Dyana for keeping it engaging and informative. The time flew by, and I learned a few new things today myself. This ranks in the top classes I have ever attended. Very professional but not sterile. She had a scientific rationale for any questions she was asked. She has perfected her craft.

Additional Comments: I have been taking cpr and first aid training for over 15 years and there is always one or two people in the class that simply are not competent enough to pass the class, but they always get passed anyways. They’re gonna get people killed, and probably have many times. Some people need to be failed and instructors need to not be afraid to do so.
