Additional Comments: Paul was EXCELLENT! He made the recertification class stress-free, fun and knowledgeable. You can tell that he is an experienced instructor and medical personnel. He placed us in scenarios that is realistic with his goal in mind for us to be comfortable and knowledgeable with the proper algorithms and protocol. His intentions were for us to feel confident and succeed. I’ve had instructors in the past in which they put us in scenarios were there is no end in sight and the scenarios were not realistic with the goal for us to fail resuscitation. Paul was refreshing, friendly, knowledgeable, and very approachable. I hope he is the instructor when I need to recertify for PALS. THANK YOU, Paul!
