Additional Comments: I am not a big fan of the way class had new and renewing students. There were people that really had no clue and slowed us down. I wouldn’t want a pals class that was more than 5 hrs long. But Dyanna is a great instructor that covered everything really well. It was also the biggest pals class I have been in so there wasn’t a lot of one on one. I have liked coming before due to small class sizes but this felt like we were all shoved in. I love the learning tools used especially the sheet for the assessment and like all the memory aids used. I will remember those!
