Additional Comments: Betty was an excellent instructor. She was very easy to follow and was able to keep a Friday evening class during a heat wave day lively and engaging. She is a great instructor and not at all intimidating. I feel very lucky I had the chance to study with her. I hope she is teaching again next time I have to update recertification. She is a great representative of CPR STL.
