Additional Comments: The online course for the pre-test instructions were wrong. The site itself would not even load up on the AHA. The girl in your office after 30 minutes on the phone finally logged into it with my ID and loaded the test for me. Then in the middle of taking the test I would submit my answer and the computer changed my answer each time to the wrong answer. I have told several people about this and all they have said it’s an American heart situation and they had nothing they can do about it. I suggested that maybe they call American heart and let them know what’s going on. Not a very non-stressful situation and actually a PIA. Yea
