Stress-Free Class? The training instructor was not prepared. She acted like she knew what she was doing when it was very clear that she is new. When the other instructors would try to help she rolled her eyes over and over during the class. She also sat while she taught for most of the class and her voice didn’t project very well. That could be because she didn’t know the material well. I am glad she wasn’t the only one teaching because she still has a long way to go. If she would be more open to learning how to teach than trying to convince everyone that she has it all down then she will maybe make it.

Additional Comments: Both experienced instructors were very patient with the new instructor. I work as a nursing preceptor and if I had been training her and saw her rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing, and being argumentative I would never train with her again.

Additional Comments: Tamara was all over the place and not confident in teaching the class, which made it very confusing at a lot of points. She should have further training and observe more. She did not take correction well from the seasoned instructors, Dyana and Charlotte.
