Additional Comments: For the test, ear plugs should be offered if each class has as much discussion (instructor & other students) & cleaning noise during the test. It is a huge distraction mentioned by another test taker also. It’s disrespectful to participants who have paid a significant fee to be there to not offer a quiet testing environment.

Additional Comments: Eric was great. I think the mega code could be improved if there was a patient/mannequin that the group was around with assigned roles and performing tasks i.e compressions, airway management, reading an actual monitor, drawing up drugs etc. Otherwise it was a great course.
