Additional Comments: The instructors were great! Anne was nervous, but that will leave in time. I would like to see female body types for mannequins used. There is some data showing that CPR trained personnel struggle in the field to do compressions on women for this imbalance.

Additional Comments: There was someone from the company watching the class for quality purposes via zoom who was providing feedback via texting to the instructors. This was distracting for everyone involved and detracted from the experience. The instructors did a good job.
