Felt unorganized and did not feel the information was initially well presented or that expectations were clearly laid out until a sort of “gotcha” moment where they were then subsequently all explained as if this could not have been done beforehand. I also barely received any information prior to the class and felt like there was very limited information shared that would have made the process less stressful.

Additional Comments: Make the website look less suspicious and more updated I was genuinely concerned I was being scammed, improve training for instructors and increase information about expectations prior to class
