Additional Comments: I come back year after year because Dyana is the best! Other selling points are plenty of new equipment and a space that is clean and organized. As someone with crippling OCD, this is very important for me to be able to learn and not be distracted. Seeing the dummies cleaned in real time is the same as washing your hands and is a great visual.I always feel like I leave this class better prepared than I was before to help in an emergency. I hope you never lose this gem because I know that I would call the AHA to find and follow her. I have sent over a dozen other nurses and friends over the years and always tell them to ask for this teacher. we all hate the computer cpr at work!!!!!! I tell them to make sure they request the one with the Y in her name.

Additional Comments: The best teacher and class ever. I was expecting a long, boring class, but it was quick, painless, and actually fun. The teacher respected everyone’s experience and made me feel valued even though I am not a doctor or nurse. What I am used to in these classes is feelin inferior to the other students, but she made me feel like I belonged in the class. I will be back.
