Additional Comments: Please make it clear on registration who should take BLS & who should take advance, had to pay more day off. Pre-test too time consuming. Room to cold & noisy after 530pm. Sheila very knowledgeable & enjoys teaching

Additional Comments: Room was too cold, should start class earlier as at 530-6pm loud band started playing very distracting, did not like the pre test requirement as I am not in hospital setting & should not have to waste over 4 hours (had to retake) doing test has little to do with job, so add relevancy for those who work in home health delivering healthcare please

Additional Comments: The instructor was very knowledgeable and I learned a significant amount. When it was time for test taking, the band downstairs played so loud it made it hard to focus. I really liked the learning materials like the indicators on the mannequins, the ECG simulator, the videos, and the way the practice lined up with the videos. well done! other than the band!🙂
