Additional Comments: Monica made the class very enjoyable and stress free. I wanted to make a suggestion that for recerts and new ACLS in the same class, could the class end time be known? I was emailed that it ends at 6pm however it could have possibly gone until 9pm. Thankfully our class went through it smoothly, however had we needed to stay until 9pm, I would have needed to scramble to make adjustments for my family. Thanks!

Additional Comments: I attended for a BLS skills check course and had a very positive experience. The instructor assisted through any technical issues with submitting certificates, and gave a comprehensive review of the required skills. Tips and tricks were provided for real-life scenarios that may have differed from the ones that were presented for the test, such as mannequins vs real people. Any errors were corrected with positive feedback and given the chance to try again.
