Additional Comments: I have been taking cpr and first aid training for over 15 years and there is always one or two people in the class that simply are not competent enough to pass the class, but they always get passed anyways. They’re gonna get people killed, and probably have many times. Some people need to be failed and instructors need to not be afraid to do so.
