Additional Comments: Instructor was very nice and knowledgeable. It is very frustrating that there is not a shorter more succinct class for recertifying as everyone in our class was essentially recertifying. Great information but much of it ended up being redundant or repetitive which seemed excessive for most of us with experience. It would have been a great class for first time caregivers.

Additional Comments: Would love to have a faster process for repeated information for those like myself that have been through the same course for years now. Would save a lot of time unless there is new info to learn. Also the class time went over from what it said online by about 45 minutes.
