Additional Comments: I didn’t appreciate the lack of communication in regard to notification that I didn’t need to arrive at 9:00 for the BLS. I signed up for ACLS only and received no communication that I could just show up at 1:00 for ACLS training, therefore wasting 4 hours of my time. It’s also poor organization to have BLS and ACLS scheduled the same day. It’s advertised online that the class is from 9-5, however it was not 9-5. We didn’t get done until after 6 due to the extensive learning with ACLS training.

Additional Comments: Don’t allow eating while in class. Drinking ok but no food. I had someone next to me eating goldfish and it was annoying and distracting.
