Additional Comments: I might come back once I have more experience but I wasn’t comfortable asking a lot of questions because everyone was trying to get done with class and I didn’t want to be the one making it go longer. It felt awkward when I couldn’t help my team out and I almost made them fail the test. I also failed the test which made me nervous that I would have to do this all over again but thank you for letting me take it again.

Take Class Again with Us? The class was way too expensive for the cost. The instructor seemed more concerned with getting done with class early than going over all of the material. We did the acls portion too fast and it the instructor didn’t spend time explaining topics and felt like we could have just done it all online. The quality control wasn’t there.

Additional Comments: This felt like renewing at the fire station where they basically give you a card. ACLS is usually a certification you earn and not where it is just given to you!! maybe some people are ok with that but it is my license
