Additional Comments: Instructor was very nice and knowledgeable. It is very frustrating that there is not a shorter more succinct class for recertifying as everyone in our class was essentially recertifying. Great information but much of it ended up being redundant or repetitive which seemed excessive for most of us with experience. It would have been a great class for first time caregivers.
