Additional Comments: Mike did an excellent job as instructor. He is not intimidating, he explains things and add necessary scenarios he encountered in his job as a firefighter that helps us understand the course better and give us tips that we can use in a real situation.

Additional Comments: Mike was PHENOMENAL. I loved how he gave real life examples and also “tools” for us to think about if something occurred outside the hospital (since majority of arrests do occur outside the hospital setting). Things he said about real world cases and safe scene scenarios , I never even thought about until he brought it up.
